I am a Filipino-American illustrator, who lived and worked in Japan for two years. I chose the name "Kureamade" because "Kurea~" is my Japanese name which means, "Claire" and "made~" for "to make" something. My art  is inspired by Japanese pop culture and history. I utilized a limited palette using Copic markers and micron pens on moleskine paper.
